Consistency Rules
Traders are required to adhere to the accounts in theBreak Program with a40% consistency ratio on the funded account to qualify for successful withdrawals.
Allocation
• Maximum limit for combined Challenge accounts:
Exceeding a total maximum of $300,000 for Challenge accounts (combined one-step and two-step) per trader is prohibited.
• Maximum limit for Instant Funding program:
A maximum of 3 active Instant Funding accounts is allowed at any time, with a total budget not exceeding $30,000.
Reverse Trading
Opening and holding opposing positions simultaneously for a duration of60 seconds or moreis strictly prohibited. If you enter the market with a SELL position, all active SELL contracts must be fully closed before trading in the opposite direction (BUY).
Gambling
The maximum daily profit and/or profit realized from a single trading position is 10,000$ to ensure the system is protected against high-frequency and erratic trading.
News Trading
In Break program accounts, traders cannot open new positions or increase risk exposure during high-impact news events or global market opening hours.
This time restriction applies starting from two minutes before the news/event and until two minutes after.. During this window, it is strictly prohibited to open new positions, increase current positions, or trigger risk exceeding 2% of the initial account balance. Committing any violation may lead directly to account suspension and freezing.
Bybit Platform
• Prohibition on Adding Additional Funds:
It is strictly forbidden to manually recharge, deposit, or transfer any unauthorized funds to your assigned Bybit sub-account; any violation will result in account termination.
• Prohibition on API Interference:
It is strictly forbidden to disconnect, modify, alter, or interfere with the programmed API connection assigned to your trading sub-account; attempting to do so will result in immediate suspension.
• Prohibition on Spot Trading:
Trading is limited to derivatives and futures only; Spot trading is strictly prohibited on the Bybit sub-account.
• Currency Pair Restrictions (USDT Pairs Only):
Trading is allowed exclusively on USDT-paired assets in Bybit accounts; any trade executed on USDC pairs will not be counted toward simulated profits or final evaluation results.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals are available after active trading for 15 days or 30 days from the opening of the first trading position.
Withdrawals are available on-demand immediately after achieving a profit of no less than 10%, or after completing 15 (or 30) days of active trading, even if the required 10% has not been achieved.
Withdrawals are available on-demand once the required consistency rule of 40% is successfully met.
